1. Create a Client Profile
In order to become a Joyful Pets and Homes client, we require that you set up a Time to Pet account. Every field on your profile must be filled out prior to your meet and greet.

We highly recommend downloading the Time to Pet app, as it makes it much easier to manage your account and request services.

2. Schedule Initial Consultation
Scheduling your Initial Consultation is easy - simply request an "Initial Consultation" appointment using your Time to Pet account and let us know whether it is for pet sitting or home watch services.
Your consultation allows us to connect with you, bond with your pets or become familiar with your home and answer any questions you may have prior to your first service. It also provides us the opportunity to decide whether your pet or home is a good fit for us.
The $20 Initial Consultation charge will be put towards your first service with us if both parties decide to move forward. This fee will not be waived if we do not move forward.
Please note that if your consultation takes place between 1 November and 2 January, you will not receive the $20 credit as the holiday season is our busiest time of the year.
Any additional consultations will be charged.
All clients must read and sign the agreement in their Time to Pet portal prior to receiving any services.
3. Book Services
If you feel comfortable moving forward following your consultation, you can request services online using your Time to Pet account!
Time to Pet makes it easy to request, add, change, or communicate with us - all through one system - so nothing gets missed, and you can manage your pet and home care on the go!
